The focus of this project is on building and supporting a sense of community. We are planning three wooden buildings that are eco-friendly, efficient, and sustainable. The ground floor is designed as a social hub — it includes existing neighbourhood functions and opens up to the surrounding community.
The housing concept encourages shared living: private spaces are combined with shared areas like kitchens and bathrooms. The three buildings are connected by staircases, elevators, and a walkway linking community spaces, neighbourhood corners, and accessible rooftops. We are using reversible construction methods from the start, so that materials can be easily taken apart, recycled, or reused.
